چکیده
In this paper we applied an integrative taxonomy approach to describe a new tardigrade species from Madagascar. The description is based on morphological and morphometric data (using both light scanning electron microscopy), combined with genetic (nuclear sequences, i.e., 18S rRNA, 28S rRNA mitochondrial COI sequences). Based egg chorion morphology the most similar to: Mac. hannae, joannae, kamilae, madegassus, modestus, paulinae polypiformis, but differs them in several morphometrical characters of eggs adults (e.g. absence eyes, different oral cavity armature, size cuticular pores, dentated lunules under claws, processes, shape terminal discs processes). uncorrected p–distances enabled independent verification Macrobiotus porifini sp. nov. as science. Genetic analysis also allowed us determine phylogenetic position within hufelandi group.urn:lsid:zoobank.org:pub:7D719ACC-84E3-4C1B-9B74-C558788B3140

An integrative description of Macrobiotus shonaicus sp. nov. (Tardigrada: Macrobiotidae) from Japan with notes on its phylogenetic position within the hufelandi group
Tardigrade research in Japan dates back over 100 years, and to date, 167 species of this ecdysozoan phylum have been reported from the country. Of these species, the Macrobiotus hufelandi complex has been represented only by the nominal taxon of this group, Macrobiotus hufelandi. In this article, a new species of the hufelandi group from Japan, Macrobiotus shonaicus sp. nov., is described using...

متن کاملDescription of Astragalus barnasariformis sp. nov. from Iran
A new species of Astragalus is described: Astragalus barnasariformis sp. nov., Maassoumi, F. Ghahrem. & Bagheri. It is endemic to Zanjan province in northwestern Iran. Morphological evidence supports taxonomic placement of the new species in Astragalus sect. Trachycercis. The species appears to be most closely related to A. barnasari Grossh. and A. chalilovii.
متن کاملUlocladium cantlous sp. nov. isolated from northwestern China: its morphology and molecular phylogenetic position.
A new species of Ulocladium was isolated from diseased leaves from two Cucumis sp. growing in Sinkiang and Gansu provinces of China. Conidia were isolated from necrotic leaves and used to establish single-spore pure cultures. Conidia were harvested from cultures 7 d after incubation for morphological comparisons. The morphology of this species resembles that of U. botrytis and U. consortiale. H...
متن کاملResolution of phylogenetic position of Nigrofomitaceae within Hymenochaetales (Basidiomycota) and Nigrofomes sinomelanoporus sp. nov. (Nigrofomitaceae) from China
The family Nigrofomitaceae has been considered to be a member of Polyporales and a synonym of Polyporaceae for a long time. However, no molecular evidence supports this taxonomic opinion. For the first time, Nigrofomitaceae is included in a phylogenetic analysis, which shows that this family is separated from Polyporales and nested within Hymenochaetales as a distinct lineage from four well-kno...
